The Organization will address deficiencies on GlanzPro Elite PPF (the “Film(s)”) including: discoloration, splitting, bubbling, and separation. This Restricted Guarantee applies exclusively to the Organization’s Films which are expertly applied following the Organization’s recommended procedures.
The Organization will, at its discretion, extract or substitute the Film at no expense if the Film malfunctions or underperforms as guaranteed purely due to a production deficiency within the Coverage Duration, subject to the restrictions outlined in this Restricted Guarantee. Should the Organization choose to substitute the Film, the Organization will arrange an authorized technician of its selection to extract and reapply the Film to sections identified by the Organization at its sole discretion to be encompassed by this Restricted Guarantee. The Organization will absorb materials and technician fees. The substitution of the deficient film represents the sole remedy for all Films encompassed under this Restricted Guarantee. Throughout the complete Coverage Duration, the Organization’s responsibility regarding service or substitution shall additionally be restricted to service or substitution with Films that are obtainable at the moment of the service or substitution, shall be restricted to the service or substitution of exclusively the particular Film that malfunctions due to a production deficiency. Any serviced or substituted film shall likewise remain subject to the Coverage Duration, and any service or substitution shall not prolong the initial Coverage Duration in any fashion or initiate a fresh guarantee period. You may secure coverage under this Restricted Guarantee by supplying the Organization with verification of guarantee documentation, duplicate of initial transaction record for the Film identifying coverage sections, alongside a comprehensive description of the alleged deficiency. For assistance under this Restricted Guarantee, you must inform the authorized Organization technician who executed the application of the Film, through written communication, supplying applicant’s identification, contact number, location, and the application location (if distinct), a characterization of the film involved and the character of the deficiency.
This Restricted Guarantee is transferable exclusively when the subsequent customer submits to the Organization verification of the initial application date. Transfer of the Restricted Guarantee exclusively entitles the subsequent customer coverage for the balance of the initial Coverage Duration
